Cancellation Policy

By enrolling your child in Hui O Kamaleinani's keiki hula classes, you (the parent or legal guardian) agree to the following terms: ~ All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to missed classes, schedule changes, or voluntary withdrawal. ~ Memberships are non-transferable. ~ A $5 late fee will be applied to any payments not received by the due date. ~ It is your responsibility to ensure your child attends class regularly and arrives on time. ~ Hui O Kamaleinani reserves the right to adjust class schedules or formats as needed. ~ By enrolling, you grant Hui O Kamaleinani permission to photograph and/or video record your child during classes or events for promotional, educational, or archival purposes. If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing before the start of the session.
